Cancellation & Modification
How to change or cancel your order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your ticket via email, provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified. | The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited. |
Please be informed that:
- Personalized orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double check all details before completing the order.
Return or refund
We believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND may help resolve your issue.
We will take full responsibility within 30 days from order delivery if the product(s) are:
- Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly
- Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email
- Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate
You may choose to RETURN the item or get a REFUND
- For returns due to quality issues or incorrect items shipped, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
- For returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

No Refund or Replacement with small fee

The reasons listed below are not included in our Refund and Replacement policy. We understand you might feel disappointed, but we are not liable for these issues:
- Request a refund after 30 days of product delivery
- Personal reasons, such as change of mind or no longer wanting the item, can be decided during shipping or after delivery
- Product damaged from improper use
REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE
In some cases below, fortunately, replacement can be sent with just a small fee($15/Item) compared to the original price:
- You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
- Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, Production costs for personalised items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please Note: It may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement. The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.
